Yuba
Yuba is a processed food made from soybeans.
When you heat soy milk, a film forms on the surface. That is yuba, bean curd skin.
This is called Nama-yuba, fresh yuba. There is a dried type of Yuba.

The pink flower on the yuba-don in the photo is Fu.
Fu
Fu is food made from wheat gluten.
There are also two types of Fu. These are Nama-fu(raw wheat gluten) and Yaki-fu(dry baked wheat gluten).
The manufacturing methods and ingredients for Nama-fu and Yaki-fu are different.
