今日はGinger Saute(Shogayaki)を作りました。

【mixed seasonings for Shogayaki】
(two servings of Shogayaki)
20-30g ginger, grated
a clove of garlic, grated
2tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Mirin
2tsp Sugar

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.


※Shogayaki is a Japanese dish of grilled meat with ginger sauce. In general, it's a pork-based recipe.

===Ginger Pork Saute (Shogayaki) ===

《INSTRUCTIONS》
Heat oil in a frying pan, and cook pork(about 300g)on both sides. 
Remove excess oil. Then, pour the mix seasoning to the meet and saute a bit. 
Remove cooked pork from pan and set aside.
Boil down the ginger sauce, and put it on the pork.

You can cook with chicken instead of pork.
Make it with your favorite ingredients and meat thickness.

When you use thick-cut meat, cut several slits on the gristle in the meat.
And coat meat with flour before you cook it.

Thinly coat both sides of the meat with flour using tea strainer, and shake off excess.
